How long will it take to receive the balls?
Orders need to be final and received by the 30th October for a February delivery the following year in time for the winter season (so approx. 12 weeks)

When do we pay for the balls?
A $200 deposit needs to be paid to confirm the order, then the balance is payable when you receive the balls.

Can I order outside this period?
Yes for orders of 100 balls or over. There are additional charges in freight. Please email for a quote.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. To supply our customised balls at these low prices the minimum order quantity is 30 balls per size and type. For example, if you want both coloured balls and white balls, the minimum order is 30 of each.

We have netta teams that require smaller balls. Can I order 26 customised size 5 and 4 customised size 4 balls to make up the 30 ball minimum order?
No. The minimum order quantity of 30 customised balls must be for balls of identical type and size.
Suggested solutions:
1) Order the minimum quantity of 30 customised size 5 balls and the size 4 balls can be ordered as non customised in any quantity or
2) Order the minimum quantity of 30 customised balls for both sizes and we will split your order over 2 years, so you only pay the deposit up front and for the balls on delivery when you want them. For example: we deliver and you pay for your 26 customised size 5 balls, together with 15 customised size 4 balls in the first year and then the remaining 4 customised size 5 balls and 15 customised size 4 balls are delivered next year, or sooner as requested when you pay the balance, less deposit.

We are a small club and only need 12-15 balls per year; however we are still interested in customised balls. Are you able to reduce the minimum order?
No. To supply our customised balls at these low prices the minimum order quantity is 30 balls. However, if you order 30 customised balls we can split your order over 2 years so you only pay when we deliver 15 balls in February the first year and then the remaining 15 balls, less the deposit, in the following February or sooner as requested.

Our club needs 20 balls per year, not 30 per year. What would be the best way of ordering?
We recommend that you order 40 balls and we will split the order over 2 years. This way you only pay when we deliver 20 balls in February the first year and the remaining 20 balls, less the deposit, in the following February or sooner as requested.

What is the difference between firm and soft grip?
The firm grip has a combination of small and large pimples all over the ball giving it a firmer grip and suitable for size 5 balls. The soft grip has small pimples all over the ball and is more suitable for junior players who play with size 4 balls. The firm grip is more popular as it wears well.

What is the difference between ELITE MATCH and STANDARD MATCH balls?
ELITE MATCH balls are fitted with synthetic butyl bladders that retain air pressure for 6-8 weeks. STANDARD MATCH balls are fitted with latex bladders that retain air pressure for only 1- 2 weeks.

What happens if one of the balls I order is faulty?
Our balls are of high quality and manufactured to strict specifications. In the unlikely event of faulty workmanship, a refund, credit or replacement ball will be given.

What Brand are your balls?
We import direct from the manufacturer under our own brand name of Bats and Balls. We supply direct to clubs and schools, not through retail outlets, so we are able to supply high quality balls at competitive prices.

Are there set up costs for the printing on the balls?
No. The cost per ball includes all printing.

Where does the printing appear on the ball?
Best results and appearance is achieved when the printing is on 3 panels on the front and back of the ball. However, we can print to your specific requirements.

Our club has two colours, which colour should the printing be in?
Generally darker colours work best. You can include the other colour in a pattern on the ball; we call this a TANGO design. We have a design available, or you can provide your own.

Can I add a club/school crest or sponsors logo?
Yes. Just send in PDF format with your PMS colour specification and we will do the rest.

Which font is best?
Something bold will stand out best and wear well.

Which colours are available for printing?
We will try to match your specific colour, but tones may vary due to materials and background colour. If you have a particular requirement send us your PMS specification so we can get the best match possible. Otherwise the following colours are popular – RED, BLACK, NAVY, ROYAL BLUE, AQUA BLUE, BOTTLE GREEN, MID GREEN, HOT PINK, GOLD.

How are the balls delivered?
Sydney Metro by courier – $12.50 per box of 30 balls
NSW Country by Australia Post – $20 per box of 30 balls
Interstate by Australia Post – $30 per box of 30 balls

What type of balls do you supply?
We supply netballs, soccer balls, touch footballs and rugby balls.

Do you supply sample balls?
Yes.
